Benefits

Annual Membership to SSCRC includes: 

  • Access to the entire fleet, any daylight hour. First come, first served. Exceptions are regularly scheduled clinics and club events.
  • Free Guest Coaching and Clinics
  • Row BC and Rowing Canada Aviron fees
  • Use of the club facilities with a JSCA membership
  • Guest privileges
  • Access to the club website community
  • Regatta participation - fees are variable
  • Adventure multi-day rowing – fees variable

New Members - Membership Steps

STEP 1: Please fill out the SSCRC online membership application and submit payment.
  • All members must review the club's waiver online and agree to the terms.  View Waiver.
  • Youth members must submit hard copy forms for the waiver.  Download Youth Waiver.

STEP 2:  After you have completed the SSCRC membership, you will then need to register with Rowing Canada Aviron which includes membership with Rowing BC, who provide your insurance.  

  • The insurance is provided by way of the Row Canada and Row BC memberships.  
  • This cost is included in your SSCRC membership fee but you must register yourself. Visit this link to complete the registration.
  • If you are already a member it's still important that you login and list SSCRC as one of your clubs for coverage.

STEP 3: Go in person to the Jericho Sailing Centre office to purchase their membership. 

  • The membership provides your access card and access to the JSCA facilities. 
  • The cost of this membership is not included in the SSCRC basic fee.
